Supporting Breast Cancer

Evening All

Hope you are all still feeling happy despite the cold wet weather. Where is the sun.........

The only thing that keeps me going in wet weather is knowing that I can spend all day in the craft room, well only after doing the housework:-)

Today, I decided that I would use Boobie Love by Kirsta from Saturated Canary in support of breast cancer. I shall be auctioning it off at our Jubilee BBQ and all the proceeds will go to support breast cancer.

TattyTeddy

Morning all

I wanted to post this last night but noticed blogger had a new look and all looked different and felt to sleepy to actually try and battle with it. After logging in the morning I realise that actually its been made easier.

This is another card made up from my cut-offs that have been used for other cards. I think this paper is from my Christmas stash. I must say the box full of cut-offs is going down quickly now.

The stamp is also one I coloured  a long time ago and never used.

I would like to enter this into the following challenges:

Danity Dancing

Evening Peeps

Its been an hectic day at work today no time to stop and think. Today's card is one that I made late last night, as I could not sleep. It was very quickly put together and the image I had coloured in ages ago.

I kept it simple except getting that bow right was a nightmare. Again the papers and card were all used from off cuts that I have used before, but to be honest I cannot remember using this paper before and have no idea where it came from.

I would like to enter this into the following challenge

Well the weather here is dreadful, we are having hale storms,  and the back garden is flooded, but it never stops a crafter making a card.

For this one I decided that we needed some spring in the air and went for bright colours. I have even done the magnolia outside the die.

I also have some new stuff on here. the ribbon I picked up from Peartree crafts at only 10p per metre and the lovely embossed raised paper on the bottom was from PDA card it a little expensive, but look good when its done.

I have given it the vintage look and distressed the edges with Tim Holttz distress ink. I also distressed the Jute ribbon which started off lemon!

The flower is made using the EK Success scalloped punch and the sentiment squares are made on the PC and cut out with a small stamp edged punch.
